SPICED PEAR PIE

An 'old fashioned' indulgence

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz Pecan-macerated Infusion* (1 cup of pecans, 1 bottle of Nosotros Reposado)

  • 1 oz St George Spiced Pear Liqueur

  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain over ice. Garnish with pear slice and or cinnamon stick.

 

Pecan-macerated Infusion*

  • Add one cup of pecans and one bottle of Nosotros Reposado to a container and seal.

  • Let soak for 24 hours, agitating occasionally.

  • Strain out nuts.
