INGREDIENTS

• 1.5 oz. Nosotros Mezcal

• 2 oz. fresh pineapple juice

• 1 oz. fresh lime juice

• 0.25 oz. agave nectar

• 1 egg white

INSTRUCTIONS

• In a shaker, add all the ingredients and ice.

• Shake.

• Strain into tall glass.

• Garnish with pineapple slice or pineapple leaves.
